  • How to effectively search for ads on the site? 

    Our platform is designed to simplify your search experience with limited subcategories for more intuitive navigation.

    This allows you to quickly browse ads without wasting time searching for a too specific subcategory.

    For a more targeted search, use our keyword search function. For example, if you are looking for a lawnmower, simply type "plumbing" in the search bar, and all ads related to that term will appear. This method is effective for all types of searches.

    Our platform allows you to filter ads by all types of ads, either to "offer a service" or to "request a service," to best meet your needs.

    Please note that all ads are displayed in their original language and are not translated. To enhance your experience and allow you to navigate smoothly, a specific field for sorting by language has been integrated both when creating the ad and on the search page. This provides you with a better experience in your native language and greatly facilitates your navigation and search, allowing you to filter ads quickly and efficiently.

  • How to create an account on the platform?

    To create an account, please click on Sign Up.

    Fill in all the information related to your identity and confirm your identity via the confirmation email that will be sent to you.

  • What are the steps to post an ad?
    Please follow these steps:
    1- Click on "+ Post an Ad".
    2- Choose the appropriate category.
    3- Choose the appropriate subcategory.
    4- Select the type of ad: offer a service or request a service.
    5- Fill in all the information related to your ad.
    6- Add photos.
    7- Click "Publish the ad".

  •  Can I edit or delete my ad after posting? 

    All ads posted on our platform can be modified or deleted at your convenience. If you prefer not to permanently delete your ad but instead pause it temporarily, you can close it directly from the ad page by selecting the "Close Ad" option. This action is not irreversible: you can reactivate your ad at any time just as easily by clicking on 'Reopen Ad' as needed. 

    If you want to delete it permanently, you can click "Delete Ad".

  • How can I contact the seller or lessor before buying? 

    To get in touch : 

    1- Click on the ad:
    On the ad page, click on the "Contact" button.
    2- Fill in the Contact Form: Once you have clicked, you will be automatically redirected to a dedicated contact form.
    3- Ask Your Questions: Use the form to ask any questions you have regarding the product or rental.
    4- Submit the Form: After completing the form, press the "Send Message" button. Your message will then be forwarded to the seller or lessor.
    5- Email Notification: The seller or lessor will be immediately notified of your request by email.
    6- Quick Response: As soon as they respond to your message, you will receive an email with their response.
    7- Message History: All your messages will also be archived in the messaging inbox of your account, providing a convenient way to manage your communications.

  • What can I do if I don't get a response from a seller and/or lessor?

  • Are there any restrictions on the type of service I can offer or request? 

    On Qijco, the services requested or offered can only be related to the areas and sectors of hardware, gardening, construction, and tools.

Each user has the option to upload a copy of their ID card on their platform profile. After verification by our services, an "ID Verified" badge will be assigned to the user, visible on their profile when posting ads. This badge allows other users to know that the advertiser's identity has been confirmed, thereby enhancing trust in transactions conducted through the platform.

  • How am I protected in the event of an accident or damage during an intervention?

    We highly recommend opting for an amicable resolution in case of disagreement or misunderstanding with the other user. Most conflicts are effectively resolved this way.

    According to our terms of use
    , it is important to remember that Qijco Repair acts as a matchmaking platform and does not directly participate in purchase and sale transactions. Our role is limited to intervening on member accounts in case of non-compliance with the rules established by our site.

  • What are the service fees related to Qijco Repair?

    • For every purchase, the amount of the commission is 5% of the amount (or a minimum of €2.75 including VAT).

      These fees cover the costs of transfers and ensure transaction security. 

      The service fees are very clearly displayed during the reservation or acceptance process for complete transparency.

      No service fees are charged to the person posting the ad.

      Therefore, you don't have to worry about processing fees applied by third parties, allowing you to conduct your transactions with complete peace of mind.
